An HR Juggernaut

Minimum five years experience working as an HR GENERALIST (public and/or private sectors) handling at least two of the following programs: Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment and Staffing, Workforce Development, and Policy.
Experience utilizing technology to collaborate and conduct meetings virtually (i.e, Google Meet, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university (required)

Must be able to pass Public Trust background check

Minimum five years demonstrated experience providing at least two of the following: new employee orientation/onboarding, supervisor training, workforce training, professional coaching, and college instruction.
Demonstrated experience requires you to identify specific training modules that you developed and/or personally facilitated and the composition of the audience.
Experience utilizing technology to instruct virtually (i.e, Google Meet, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/ university (required)
